Reservations: Our restaurant is a small and intimate space with only 60 seats so reservations are encouraged. Please reserve by calling 512-436-8918 or using OpenTable below. When inquiring about reservations via email or voicemail, please leave your preferred date and time, number of guests, full name, contact number, and any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your party. Due to our limited seating, we do require a credit card to secure reservations of 5 or more. Reservations are not available for happy hour or bar menu. THE APIS TASTING MENU IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE, WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Walk-In Guests: We welcome walk-in guests on a first-come/first-serve basis. 

Late Arrivals: In the event that your party will be late, please notify us as soon as possible. We can hold your table for 15 minutes. After that time, we will work to accommodate your party, but cannot guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our chefs as well as other guests interested in dining with us, we ask that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is not received via phone or email we reserve the right to charge $25 per person. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR ANY TASTING MENU OR HOLIDAY RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. 

Large Parties: Parties over 6 guests must inquire by calling 512.436.8918.  We can accommodate groups of up to nine guests Wednesday through Saturday by reservation only.  Parties of 10 guests or more will be handled as an event.  Please visit our events page to email joses@apisaustin.com or call 512-436-8918 to book.
